This coming Saturday is the day. Hopefully everyone has marked their calendars to come and give back to our community and get some awesome BBQ in return. We will be supplying a two meat plate that consist of brisket, and a chicken leg quarter with sides of smoked potato salad and charro beans. Going to have a surprise appearance from Mex himself… Look forward to seeing everyone there.

This young man saw our little Tex & Mex souvenirs and had to have them because he said they were so cool. So we decided to give him a set and we made his day. (Little did he know he made ours) Logan is his name and he is a Tex&Mex BBQ fanatic and has came to see us every Saturday. I just wanted to give this young man a huge shout out and thank him for being a very valuable Tex&Mex family member. We love you buddy and we will see you next time. Till then “Smoke On”.

Wanted to give a huge shout out to those who braved the cold and wind last night with us at Whitestone Brewery Liberty Hill. We can’t thank you enough. We made many new friends and even got to meet Mrs Red and her husband of Texas Red Entertainment. Seeing the joy we brought everyone with our food is the main reason we do what we do.
