For more than two years, we have operated the Red Dog without ever publicly responding to a review. We take both negative and constructive feedback seriously, and we always strive to respond professionally.

Unfortunately, a group of individuals harassed and demeaned two of our staff members, and after being asked to leave, one of them retaliated by leaving multiple one-star reviews across different platforms. This individual even went so far as to publicly name one of our employees in his review.

Out of respect and restraint, we will not publicly identify this person, even though he did not extend the same courtesy to our staff.

We want to make one thing absolutely clear: we will ALWAYS stand behind and support our employees. They deserve to work in an environment where they are treated with respect, and we will continue to make that a priority.

To everyone who continues to support the Red Dog, thank you. Your kindness is the reason so many of our staff choose to stay with us, and we are incredibly grateful for this community.

If any local businesses would like photos and names of these individuals. We are happy to provide them privately.
