Meet Will!

Meet William “Will” Filippelli IV, our Bar Manager at Millstone! Originally from Passaic County, New Jersey, Will brings 15 years of bartending experience to our team and has spent the past year helping shape the cocktails and bar experience at Millstone.

For Will, the bar is about much more than making a great drink. He loves connecting with guests, anticipating what they need, and introducing them to flavors or menu items they may not have tried before. One of his favorite parts of Millstone is having the creative freedom to develop new cocktails and continually find new ways to elevate the guest experience.

When he’s on the other side of the bar, Will loves checking out new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with his bulldog, Minnie. His dream trip is Madeira, Portugal, and his current Millstone pairing of choice is our braised short rib with an Uno Más cocktail.

And something you probably wouldn’t guess while he's behind the bar? Will is also a licensed esthetician!

Outgoing, creative, and always ready to make someone’s night a little more memorable, Will keeps his approach to hospitality pretty simple: “Treat others how you want to be treated.”

Next time you're at the bar, say hello to Will—and maybe let him pick your next cocktail.
