We will not be at our normal daytime hours at Plum Creek Marketplace this week.

Instead, you can find us at the Dawson County Fair from Wednesday through Sunday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM! 🎡✨

Today is your last chance to catch us during the day at Plum Creek Marketplace before we switch to evenings for the Dawson County Fair!

Yesterday was incredible… and it’s all because of YOU❤️

We sold out of almost everything yesterday! 😭🌮 Our lemonades, carne asada, birria, tortas, and so many other favorites were gone before the day was over.

Thank you for giving us such an amazing welcome back after our vacation. Seeing so many familiar faces reminded us why we love what we do.

There’s something so special about making memories… but there’s also something special about coming home. ❤️

During our time away, we took a little piece of Antojitos Letty with us everywhere we went; from waterfalls and hiking trails to the zoo and so many unforgettable places, each reminding us how far this little dream has taken us.🫶🏽

Now we’re so excited to be back home and back serving YOU! 🌮🧡🖤

Every stop on this vacation has given us another memory to look back on. From new places to familiar faces, we’re soaking in every moment before it’s time to head back to the food truck.

These little detours remind us how grateful we are for this journey, and for all of you who make it possible. ❤️
