Java Junkies and Grill will be only open from 5am to 9 am tomorrow.
We will be closing at 9 to prepare for a luncheon catering event tomorrow.

Java Junkies and Grill, in partnership with The Carl Perkins Center, is launching a school supply drive to benefit children in Lexington.
We encourage our valued customers and followers to support this worthy cause. All donations will be submitted to The Carl Perkins Center upon conclusion of the drive.
To express our appreciation, customers who donate will receive a special discount, calculated as a percentage of their donation, on their order, ranging from 10% to 40%.

I truly hope everyone has had a blessed weekend.

I have been working on a delicious week long lunch menu .
Something everyone liked so I decided to bring it.

Chicken Quesadillas!
Chicken Philly and Chicken Bacon Ranch.

To our dear customers Thank you.
These last few weeks have been hard on us at Java Junkies and Grill .
In a food trailer is hard to do in both winter months and summer months.
Winter you get freezing water lines and fight sometimes to stay warm.
You stand outside with a heat gun to thaw your lines to open.
Summer months to us it seems worse.
100 degrees outside is hot but add all the cooking elements to that temp and its even hotter inside.
We do our very best to push through to remain open but somedays you just have to close that window.
Then you get days like yesterday. Pouring down rain.
Heat was tolerable, thunder, lightning and even loss of power twice.
That was to us a blessing.
Never once did we have to close up.
From the the sunrise to closing at our normal time we weathered the storm.
We have had to close early many day because of the heat and our customers still wait for us and continue to support us.
And I cant begin to tell you how much that means to us.
Owning a food trailer is far different than brick and mortar.
Its really alot harder. You have to adjust to every change in weather.
And we have been changing with it for going on 3 years.
I didn't open this to become rich.
I opened it because I love what I do.
I love meeting new people.
I love making and bringing you the wide variety of specialty coffees.
From grinding the beans to the finished product.
I love creating new menu items for breakfast and lunch.
But the thing that I love the most is you , our customers , our support system.
We do this daily because of you.
My goal is to appreciate this journey that God brought to me and learn what and where blessing come from.
A dollar can be made but also a dollar can be lost.
But its his journey to teach me that hard is what will strengthen me.
As we are working into our 3 years I will continue to bring you the best of my ability and continue to remember that none of this could be possible with our Lord and Savior and you our customers.
Thank you so much for your continued support.
And standing with us through the demanding seasons.
