If you have not tried our local farm raised marinated flank steak, you are missing out. It's one of our most requested items, and sooooo delicious.
Have it on a crostini with a Tarragon horseradish aoli, or our signature Blue cheese dip, or our new Flank steak salad with homemade balsamic dressing.
However you try it, we think you'll enjoy it as much as we do!!

My favorite food to make is definitely meatballs! From start to finish they make me happy. There is something about shaping a meatball or watching the sauce boil down to perfection. (Ok, maybe I'm weird).😉 I do what I love, because watching ordinary faces light up with the biggest smile or close their eyes in sheer delight at the simple but delicious flavor of a meal is so fulfilling. This is why I cater. Making people happy and content with amazing delicious food.
And yes, this meal is 3 cheese stuffed shells with Italian meatballs😋
