Thanks to everyone that came out to Home School Day yesterday at Sunset Valley Farms . It was a real treat and educational experience to see these baby goats being born. If you weren't able to make it, you can still come see the babies at their Mother's Day Event on Saturday May 7th 11:00am - 6:00pm. I'll be there making those great Tolley Farms burgers. We have also added home made chicken salad sandwiches to the menu. I know there are a few of you out there that miss them.

I had so much fun yesterday making burgers for y'all at Sunset Valley Farms! They were so tasty because we used fresh beef from Mark Tolley!

We have a cooler full of his local beef. Everything from tongues to T-Bones. Come on out and get one of my burgers and bring home some of Tolley's beef to make your own. Where else can you try before you buy?

Our schedule is 1-6 Sunday, April 10, and 10-6 on April 15 & 16.

Tonight is the last night at Sunset Valley Farms for the Christmas lights. Of course, my duties are in the kitchen. We have hot dogs, chili, nachos, bbq, and various combinations of all of them. There's also mini donuts, drinks, and seasonal drinks. Everything but the corn tonight. Come on out for a muddy snowman and visit Santa.

I'm having a great time out at Sunset Valley Farms tonight for the Christmas lights. As you can guess, my duties are in the kitchen. Hey folks, I miss you all and want to thank you for the well wishes as I move on to my next adventure. In the meantime, I have been invited by our friends at Sunset Valley Farms to roast corn tomorrow at the Jackson Farmers Market. We will be serving from 7:00am - 12:30pm. I will be slinging cups of fresh roasted and buttered sweet corn. The Mexican style Street Corn is my favorite. We will also have a wagon there selling it fresh on the cob. Hope to see you there!
