We’re honored to be heading to North Carolina for Southern Living’s Luncheon with Legends on September 20th!
Zach will be representing B.E. Scott’s BBQ and Lexington, Tennessee, doing what we’ve done for generations — cooking whole hog over a wood-fired pit. We’re grateful to be included alongside some incredibly talented pitmasters from across the South and excited to share a little piece of West Tennessee Whole hog barbecue with everyone there.
