Cara was a single mom, and this event was created in her honor to support moms and families right here in our community through the work of SBS. We are so grateful to Ethereal Slice House for continuing to host this meaningful event year after year.

Whether you are looking for a place to watch the game, needing a space for a business function or that certain someone is getting married, we have what you need and will compose a menu that suits your needs.

Country fried cubed steak. Buttermilk biscuit baked to order. White gravy. Sunny egg.

Mussels done simple. Icy Blue mussels sautéed in olive oil, garlic & bit of chili flake, deglazed in white wine & finished with herb butter & blistered heirloom cherry tomato. Served with lightly toasted salsa verde baguette.

Spring Menu has dropped!

We will tease you with a couple things we are not well known for… desserts.

1) Chocolate Pie:

Chef’s paternal grandmother’s recipe; Rich chocolate custard. Decadent meringue. Unsweetened shell.

2) Seasonal Scone:

House pastry with berries. Vanilla bean ice cream. Honey-whipped mascarpone. Herbed berry compote.
