We had to make a change to our setup location tonight and will not be at West Main Street.

TONIGHT AT THE ICEHOUSE AMPHITHEATER... Y'ALL SHOWED UP.

We don't know how else to say it — y'all came in boatloads tonight.

The ground beef tacos? Sold out.
The birria tacos? Sold out.
The brisket and pork belly tacos? We were just about cleaned out on those too.

Seeing that line wrapped up and watching folks come out to support Vaquero Tacos means more to us than you know. We truly appreciate every single person who stopped by, grabbed a taco, shared a kind word, and waited patiently while we worked through the rush.

We do apologize if you had a longer wait than expected. The line stayed crazy long, but our crew worked hard to get every order out as fast as possible.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting a small family-run food truck. Nights like tonight remind us why we do this.
