Our butternut squash soup is silky, warmly spiced, and finished with fresh chives and a drizzle of oil, basically a hug in a bowl. Right alongside it, the brie bruschetta is stealing the show: warm melted brie, crispy sage, some jam, and a touch of black pepper over toasted bread.

In a world where summer fades and comfort takes center stage… one kitchen dared to ask: what if pasta could feel like a warm embrace? This fall, Bella Notte presents a menu that showcases a new season with new favorites.

We've been in the kitchen testing out what's landing on the fall menu, and the early verdict is very good. Think hand cut pappardelle tangled up with roasted chicken over a silky white bean puree, a pan seared chicken breast resting on creamy polenta with a rich pan sauce, and a chop piled high with crispy onions over butternut squash and white beans. Can't wait for you to taste what's coming!
