The McDade Watermelon Festival BBQ Cook-Off is in the books! We finished 15th Place Overall against a field of competitors.

It was a fun weekend with friends, family and some great competition. It's always a awesome time catching up and seeing all the local BBQ teams. Congratulations to everyone who heard their name called!

What a weekend at the Lee County Go Texan Cook Off! 🔥🐂

We’re incredibly proud to bring home 5th Place Overall! Here’s how we finished:

🤷‍♂️ Ribs just weren’t our day, but that’s BBQ!

We had an awesome time cooking, catching up with friends, and meeting so many great people. A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support Butcher Life BBQ, it truly means the world to us.

Congratulations to Chad with Texas Smoke Authority on an outstanding Grand Champion finish! 🏆 And a big congratulations to 3H Barbecue on earning Reserve Grand Champion! Well deserved, guys!
