I wanted to post an update on my recovery for all my wonderful customers. I am still in a LOT of pain but hopeful that should start getting better at least slightly with every day that passes. I had an appointment earlier this week with my Orthopedic trauma surgeon in regards to my external pelvic fixation (big screws in both sides of my pelvis bone and coming out of my body and held immobile by a long metal rod connecting across the front of me) which is the reason that I can not walk. He said I should be getting them removed (another surgery, yay! Jk) in 4-5 weeks. Then I can start physical therapy. Planning to hopefully be back at it serving our amazing community the beginning of June. Will continue to keep everyone updated as soon as I know more. Thank you all for your continued prayers and support. ❤️❤️❤️

Just wanted to let everyone know what is going on. I was in a really bad car accident on Jan 29th. Not only am I facing a long recovery, but our truck we pull the food trailer with is totaled. Not sure how long we will be down but we WILL be back serving our amazing customers the best BBQ around! Thanks for all your support.
