Have I ever introduced you to our hot temperature lady?
My hubby, put himself through a pit master’s class back in Georgia.
While he was there he was able to test out multiple different smokers.
He fell head over hills in love with his New Mistress “Big Bertha.”
She is a Lange off set smoker.
Our Pit Master sent for her and she did a solo trip to Nampa Idaho, where she was placed on our custom Built Food Trailer.
The company placed her on the back of Missy Moo’s and secured her in, now on the inside we also had a bathroom installed.
That was the only request on MM, I had a role in.
When we did a walk through before we brought her home, she had that new trailer smell.
Now all you smell is smoke, in a good way. Not anywhere like my cooking!
The pit guy likes to say that I introduced him to Smoked flavor, but not the good kind!
We have added a mini split AC, recently, by finding out the very hard way last year, this little mini doll, was a must in this much needed LCV during the summer.
The Moo Crew is going into our second year of being open.
Since we are heading into our fall season we are starting to fill up with catering events.
Tuesday September 8th, is Lewiston Food Night. The Moo Crew and a few friends are going to be serving up the finest foods we have!
The doors open at 5 Pm!
Be early, we have a tendency to sell out fast on the burnt ends and brisket!
Plus, we have added a special on this event, our delicious “Tri-tip!”
The boss man has not planned on opening the window to sell for the forseeable future.
