Sorry we weren't open today! This weather was a little much 😅 this is just now at 3:30 finally calming down. I need to ensure safety with my canned products and with humidity and heat like today, there wouldn't have been enough that I could do.

On a happy note, the weather is looking great for the following weeks, besides when it rains. Rainy days are also a no go for the stand and I apologize for any inconvenience.

If I am home feel free to knock on my door! You can get it straight from the pantry!

Upgraded! Ready to try this bad boy out and work out the kinks. Tho I do love my old pressure canner, it is a lot more tedious work with the stove that I own. This should be perfect! The First USDA guideline approved electric canner, plus it is 23 quart, Sauce season is amongst us! Let's GOOOO!!
