We are proud to invest in our people. Across our organization, we proudly pay an average wage of approximately $18.00 per hour, because we believe the people who make our business successful deserve to be valued.

One of the things that makes our McFamily so special is the diversity of our team. One of the best leadership analogies we’ve come across is this:

A Restaurant General Manager is like the conductor of an orchestra.

The conductor doesn't play every instrument. They don't make a sound. Yet their leadership determines whether the audience experiences chaos or excellence.

The same is true in our restaurants.

Great General Managers aren't successful because they cook every sandwich, take every order, or run every station. They're successful because they bring talented people together, create alignment, develop contidence, set the tempo, and inspire everyone to perform at their very best.

When the crew is smiling, serving guests with hospitality, executing with precision, and working together seamlessly, that's not an accident. It's the result of intentional leadership.

The greatest leaders rarely seek the spotlight. Instead, they shine it on others. They coach, encourage, challenge, and celebrate their teams. Their greatest achievement isn't what they accomplish themselves-it's what they help others become.

As leaders, our legacy won't be measured by the titles we've held or the awards we've received. It will be measured by the people we developed, the opportunities we created, and the confidence we built in those around us.
