JOIN US FRIDAY AT 6 PM! We will be hosting a "Passing of the torch" party for Tyler Hawkins, our friend, our family and our brewer. At that same time we will be welcoming a blast from the past, Jonathan Williams, as our new head brewer.

Tyler is one of a kind and I am pretty sure they broke the mold when he was born. Fortunately for us he is only moving back to his home town in Minnesota , this means we can all visit him with a short 1700 mile commute. (recommend only going in the summer...brrrr) I have already sent the brewery he will be brewing at a notice to take care of our favorite brewer. I have warned them that there are close to 2000 Moscow-ites that expect Tyler to receive nothing but the best! As much as we will miss Tyler we are as well excited for his new opportunity. Please join us in wishing him well as he moves forward with his career.

About Jonathan: Well from our perspective if we had to replace Tyler we could not have chosen a better fit. Back in the day when we were building Rants & Raves Jonathan was here everyday helping us hang drywall and once we were able to get open he was Tyler's assistant. He has brewed our beer and knows the ingredients and was trained by Tyler for 2 years. Jonathan knows beer and beer styles, we have worked off and on with Jonathan since the beginning of Rants & Raves and could not be happier that he has agreed to accept the position of head brewer at R&R. Please welcome Jonathan Williams to the R&R Family and come celebrate the passing of the brewery torch here at Rants & Raves this Friday.

This absolutely delicious Rants and Raves speciality is deep fried Brussel Sprouts, sauced in a house-made balsamic vinaigrette, topped with a light drizzle of honey. Available as a side on any sandwich or burger, or as a basket appetizer. PS they're gluten free.
