🍎Wallingford’s Field Trip 2026🍎

This is always one of our favorite trips to take with our juniors! We pick apples, we eat donuts, drink c***r and hangout for the morning. In the coming weeks they will peel these apples and learn how to make delightful apple pies. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful fall day with them!

“Anything but a cinnamon roll” roll challenge was a total success today and our students did a stellar job! Think caramel apple, peanut butter cup, jalapeño popper, caramelized onion and Gruyère just to name a few…👀
The outcomes were fun and delicious and a great way for them to practice the enriched yeast dough methods.

It felt SO good to be open to the public and put out some seriously delicious potatoes and baked goods. Our students absolutely crushed our opening day and we loved seeing and connecting with our customers once again!

Yesterday was a beautiful reminder of why we are here, why we work so hard and why we love what we do.
