What can we say about Tom that we haven’t already said under our breath???

JK! Irish Eyes would not be the place that it is today if Tom Jones hadn’t joined the IE family back in 1996! From humble beginnings as a bartender in our first Rehoboth location to helping to open our Rehoboth Avenue location to running the whole show and becoming a partner in the company, Tom has been there growing and shaping the business and culture of Irish Eyes for 30 years!

Always quick with a joke and the keeper of the best stories, Tom has mellowed over the years but he still has that Irish fire! And always behind the devilish grin is a big soft heart. (Sshhh, don’t tell anybody!)

For all those reasons and a million more, please join us in wishing Tom the happiest birthday ever!! We hope it’s a great one!! Sláinte! 🥃

Tiyan is the queen of selfies, the best hype woman, will laugh at all our stories, always has the tea and occasionally gets some work done, too!

Soph was a shy, quiet teenager when she started working in The Lewes Room. She has blossomed into a leader and a great employee… and an awesome human. She works hard, jumps in wherever she is needed and always has a smile on her face.
