This month, we’re proud to welcome Chef John Sapienza, the talented chef behind At The Table in Georgetown, Delaware. John has built a reputation for bringing people together through unforgettable, hands-on culinary experiences in his cozy log cabin kitchen—and now he’s bringing that same passion to Mr. P’s!

John’s Pizza of the Month is a perfect balance of fresh ingredients and bold flavors:

Summer Fridays call for something bright, fresh, and full of flavor! Meet Chef Gage’s Strawberry Fields Salad—a colorful combination of fresh spinach, sweet strawberries, juicy blueberries, mandarin oranges, candied pecans, creamy goat cheese, and our house-made balsamic dressing.

🍕 Introducing July’s Pizza of the Month! 🍤

This month we’re excited to team up with the incredibly talented Chef John Sapienza of At The Table in Georgetown to bring you a pizza that’s fresh, elegant, and packed with flavor.

Built on a vibrant sun-dried tomato pesto, this collaboration features fresh mozzarella, succulent shrimp, Parmigiano Reggiano, roasted red peppers, and is finished with a rich balsamic glaze for the perfect sweet and tangy bite.

Chef John has built At The Table around unforgettable chef-led dining experiences where incredible food, great conversation, and warm hospitality come together. We wanted to bring a little of that same passion and creativity to the wood-fired oven at Mr. P’s—and we think you’ll taste it in every slice.
