From the Guerrero family

On behalf of my parents Florentina & Francisco Guerrero we would like to thank the Leonard community for almost 20 years of service. We have made the decision to permanently close the restaurant. My parents have worked tirelessly and after so many years it has taken a toll on them physically and mentally. They deserve to now enjoy the fruits of their labor as they enter retirement.

We want to thank every single one of our customers for so many wonderful years, without you all we wouldn’t have made it as many years as we have. We have seen so many new families form and have witnessed babies grow into adulthood. We have loved being part of so many of your families memories. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

If anyone is interested in taking over the restaurant please contact me. You’ll have all the equipment available to have the business up and running asap.

Update on opening:::
This is Leslie (Florentina and Francisco’s daughter)
I’ve had quite a lot of people reaching out wondering what was going on and why we have been closed.
My mom and dad both came down with pneumonia and are taking the time off to recover. My mom is almost completely recovered but unfortunately my dad is not in very good shape. He is currently in ICU in stable condition. As you know we are a family run business so it’s been extremely hard to focus on the business while trying to be there for my sick parents. Our family and our health comes before anything so we are trying to take care of that before coming back to work.

We are hoping to open next week God willing 🤞🏼

Prayers much appreciated for a speedy recovery. If you know my parents you know how hard they work so it’s been a heartbreaking situation seeing them sick like this. We hope to see everyone soon!

Where there’s a will there’s a way! Finishing up and getting ready to re-open Tomorrow Saturday the 20th!

Unfortunately we could not save our damaged credit card machine so we are only accepting $CASH$ until we receive our new one on Monday.

We have significant damage caused by water pipes busting. Someone will be out today to fix it all and we are hoping to be up and running this weekend if possible. We can’t wait to see everyone! Stay safe and warm!
