A delicious seafood dish for summer patio nights.

Our Seafood Étouffée brings together pan-seared fin fish, Middleneck clams, rock shrimp, mussels and Andouille sausage in a creamy Étouffée sauce with braised garden greens, red bell peppers and aromatic vegetables, served over imported Italian linguine.

A taste of summer, best enjoyed al fresco.

Did you know?

The phrase “happy hour” dates back to the early 1900s, when the U.S. Navy used it to describe scheduled entertainment meant to break up the routine of life at sea.

The term later became associated with pre-dinner cocktails during Prohibition, a tradition that feels right at home in our historic 1930s speakeasy.

Switch up your work week routine and join us at the Log Cabin for food & drink specials Mon-Thurs from 4-6pm!

Meet Bailey Place, the certified Sommelier whose expertise was instrumental in shaping the wine program that earned us another Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.

Bailey has dedicated his career to elevating Lancaster's wine scene, earning one of the highest wine certifications in the world along the way. He brought a thoughtful, global vision to our list that honors our prohibition-era roots while pushing the program into exciting new directions.

Based at Vine Bar downtown, Bailey occasionally hosts tastings here at the Log Cabin. If you’ve been lucky enough to attend one of his tastings, you know he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his wines.

We are so grateful for his partnership, thank you Bailey!

Like many in our community, the Log Cabin experienced power outages and flooding during the recent storms. We will be closed Monday-Thursday this week to clean up, make repairs, and restock our fridge and freezers with fresh ingredients. We plan to reopen on Friday, July 10, with a modified menu.

We're grateful to the utility crews, first responders, and everyone helping with Lancaster County’s recovery. Our thoughts are with everyone affected, and we hope you and your loved ones are safe.

Thanks for your patience and continued support as we prepare to re-open.
