To our valued and loyal customers -
We recently received an unacceptable health inspection score (B). For a business that historically achieved 100% for the past 4 years, this result was shocking in many ways. As a team, we are treating this as a learning experience and have invested in new equipment (flash freezer) and processes to help our loaded refrigerators constantly maintain appropriate temperatures. We are diligently working to remedy all issues, focusing intently on those that could potentially harm our customers, even though those items resulted in very minimal deductions.
As seen in our recent addendum from the follow up visit, our top priority items were resolved as of Wednesday 8.26. Our daily efforts in operating a clean and safe restaurant have not wavered. We thank you for your continued support over the years and look forward to many more. Hard times only make us stronger!
