Now introducing Ezra! 🖤🥀

Ezra has been an amazing member of the team for four years and we’re so lucky to have them. As a Coffee Lead they are experts at all things espresso. Over the last few years they’ve come up with dozens of drink recipes and flavor combinations that we make everyday! 

Their go-to order at the cafe includes a Pesto Grilled Cheese with chipotle mayo and a cup of Tomato Basil Soup, paired with a sugar free vanilla and raspberry iced latte with an extra shot and oat milk!  In their free time you can find them helping with various local KC theaters, hanging out with fellow barista and roommate Dalton, or playing with their pets Larry and Miss Ma’am

June is nearly over which means that Ibis Pizza Night is just around the corner! 🥰🍕🐶

Our outstanding team Ibis Bakery has done it again, coming up with some fantastic pizza creations that will be yours next Tuesday, June 30th!

We have two new specialty pizza options for you to enjoy next week, including:

And it wouldn’t be a Pizza Night without a sweet treat to top it off:

From sunny days spent poolside to road trips with friends our new drinks are a perfect companion for any Summer activity. 

Enjoy all five of our seasonal specials starting today:

🍑Peach Cobbler Matcha - Matcha with peach and french vanilla, topped with a spice blend
🥀Ghost Orchid Latte - Matte with Hugo Tea infused hibiscus vanilla syrup and topped with hibiscus sugar

Hannah has worked at Black Dog since August 2022 and has been a barista for almost a decade! Hannah spends her free time enjoying nature, being both a plant-mom, playing with her dog Blue, and creating original art that you can find

She is incredibly helpful around the cafe and her presence is always calming. Her go-to drink at Black Dog is a Cortado with whole milk and vanilla and she pairs it with a classic Kouign Amann.
