Many ways to use one of natures natural sweeteners and it's carrot season.
HONEY GARLIC BUTTER ROASTED CARROTS 🥕

- 2 lbs baby carrots
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- salt & pepper, to taste
- fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet. Whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic and honey. Toss the baby carrots in the mixture until evenly coated, then spread them in a single layer on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until tender and caramelized at the edges. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
