May Spotlight: The Cheesesteak Guy

This month, we’re spotlighting Josh and Keri Longo, owners of The Cheesesteak Guy.
Before opening their full-time location in September 2024, Josh and Keri built a loyal following at Harrisburg’s Broad Street Market, where The Cheesesteak Guy became known for fresh ingredients, fast service, and big flavor.
Today, they’re bringing that same quality-focused approach to West Shore Plaza — sourcing meats from Warrington Farm Meats in Dillsburg and fresh rolls from bakeries including Liscio’s Bakery, LeBus Bakery, and New York Bakery in Philadelphia.
From build-your-own cheesesteaks to customer favorites like the Cacio e Pepe Cheesesteak, plus burgers and breakfast sandwiches, The Cheesesteak Guy is serving up plenty of reasons to stop by.
Josh and Keri call it a true mom-and-pop shop, and we’re proud to have them as part of the West Shore Plaza community.
