Soup of the day is… chili con carne. As always we will have fresh made housemaid Italian Wedding Soup.
And all the regulars, please come and see us Friday if you can or call ahead as I was unable to get all the supplies I need. If I run out of meatballs and sausage I will not be open Saturday. Call ahead and place your order now!!

So this weeks soup will be white bean sausage soup (this one also has fire roses red peppers in it!).

And as always I’ll have fresh made Italian wedding soup!

Tomorrow soup for the day will pasta e Ceci (translation: Italian chickpea soup).
Every region of Italy and every family has their own version of the soup.

Our families contains garlic, onion, spinach, chickpeas, fire roasted tomatoes, Parmesan rind for flavor, chicken, and chicken broth, Italian spices. I also will be using the pasta I have imported from Italy. And don’t worry I have some for sale in my cold case as well.

Second & third batch done today!! We did a small batch of blueberry then did a much larger batch of strawberry blueberry which was probably the best out of the three.
