So I had a dream about this creation…..oh my goodness was it delicious!!
Cast iron with a bed of tater tots……our incredible smoked turkey chopped and spread over tots. Some gravy and chopped pepper bacon topped with some sharp cheddar cheese.
When you visit us at the market this should be your first choice….believe me!!!!

Hard to believe it’s been 1 year since the floods in and near Asheville NC. I was contacted a few weeks ago and asked if I would be interested in coming back to assist in feeding the locals a well deserved meal. Approximately 1250-1509 meals could potentially be served.
I of course said I would be honored to be a part of this incredible opportunity.
This will be my fourth trip down in the past year.

I have a very talented wife…..she has been making specialty cookies for a while now and it’s finally my turn. We found these cookie cutters while vacationing in Cape May earlier this summer. They will be available for purchase at our stand this weekend. Proud of you, you’re the best!!
