This celebration brought back good memories. At just 17 years old, our Arturo began his journey at Barona Big Top Casino as a waiter and eventually worked his way into Food & Beverage Management within 10 months.

Huge thanks to Liz, Eddy, Big Wicho, and the entire Chicano Park Steering Committee for giving Big Boyz Tacos the opportunity.
The support was unreal! We were extremely busy from 930AM to 5:30PM! 💪🏽We had two cashiers, and 7 other workers grinding! Thank you to everyone who came out, showed support, and grabbed food from us. Thank you Chris and Rachel for inviting Big Boyz Tacos back again on K**I News, right before Mr. Logan Byrnes retired. Arturo had the pleasure of meeting his mother’s favorite crew of Teresa Sardina ,Mark Mathis, Elizabeth Alvarez, Jennifer, Dominique, and being interviewed by Mr. Byrnes.
It was a very short-notice invite,and we already had 7 other scheduled events that day—but we made it happen! We’re grateful for the opportunity and honored to be on the legendary K**I news.
