It’s not goodbye—it’s see you later.
Wow. What an absolute fever dream these past six years have been.
I’ve grown, learned, and evolved so much during this chapter of my life. While it’s coming to a close, I’m incredibly grateful to every single person who helped make this dream a reality.
I can confidently say I’m part of a small group of restaurateurs who have successfully run an establishment well beyond the average restaurant lifespan. But what I’m most proud of isn’t just staying open—it’s everything we accomplished along the way. Together, we gave back to our communities, raised money for meaningful causes, supported local nonprofits, helped other small businesses grow, organized successful food drives, and built something that was about so much more than serving food.
I want to give a few special shout-outs:
Dad (Jim): This all started because of you. Long before Feisty, I was just your dishwasher as a kid. Thank you for giving me the skills, confidence, and work ethic that brought me to where I am today. I truly couldn’t have done any of this without your support, guidance, and belief in me.
Jada & Kasey: You were both such an important part of Feisty’s foundation. Thank you for every long shift on the line, every creative idea, every accidental cut, every ridiculous moment, and every kitchen dance party. I always tried my best to let you know how much I appreciated everything you did. Some days weren’t easy, but we always found a way through them. (Kasey… I still think about that Sea Spud recipe.)
Lisa, Zoe, Tasha, Julian, Kayla, Dee, Jonathon, Sherry, Paige, Bailie, Bri, Bobbo, Manny, Chris, Logan, & Ann: Whether you were with me for years, a few months, or just long enough to jump in and help when it was needed, your contributions were never overlooked. Every one of you played a role in Feisty’s story, and I’m so thankful for everything you gave. It truly does take a village.
Lisa D. & Chris: My behind-the-scenes MVPs. Thank you for helping with HR, marketing, the website, Excel spreadsheets, and all of the things that weren’t exactly in my wheelhouse. You believed in me, supported me, and helped me become a better business owner. I can’t thank you enough.
The current financial climate, becoming a second-time mom, and differences in vision are among the biggest reasons this chapter is coming to an end. But endings often make room for new beginnings, and while this door is closing, another one is already quietly brewing. ❤️
To our loyal Feisty friends—it has been an absolute honor. Truly.
Whether you’ve been with us since our New Ringgold days, found us in East Penn, or became a regular at Beaver Run, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for every meal, every conversation, every laugh, every recommendation, every shared milestone, and every bit of support you’ve shown over the years. You helped make Feisty feel like home, and I’ll never forget that.
Our final day of operation will be Sunday, June 28, 2026.
We hope you’ll stop by one last time so we can thank you in person before we begin our next adventure.
