Ok we got the email this morning. We are Iowa State Fair bound again this year for beef. Due to a shoulder injury here’s what I’ve decided to do. I’m leaving it up to the voices of our supporters if we still compete in Calhoun county competition July 12th and/or Boone county competition July 18th. If we do compete in either one we do have the choice to change the meat to chicken, pork or turkey. If we stay with beef we can make it a practice cook basically or we can choose to opt out of those 2 competitions and stay home dial in what we will take to the state fair and not have to deal with the extra burdens. I will leave it up to the majority of our supporters. Let us know down in the comments. Thank you for all the support!!! It really does mean a lot to us
