My first license year in RealEstate I got rookie of the year with Remax Realty in Orem, Utah around 35 years ago.
I didn’t like waiting a few days to get my commission checks. Sometimes my broker may have been out of town. An agent back then would have to do so many transactions a year for 3 years to be able to get a broker license! So, I didn’t want to have to wait that long, so I hired a licensed Broker to be my broker! Who would do such a thing? I was now my own boss. My fees are lower than other agents and brokers. My wife, children and grandchildren want me to retire. I’ll never do that. I’ve also been doing a side business of my NC pit BBQ! For an open house for my clients, I often smoke a Carolina pig for all who show up for a view in the house I’m at. I know that most of people come just to get some NC BBQ.

It’s not about the money, I just know I’m the best negotiator ever, and can help you buy or sell a home. I’m from NC and came out to BYU Jan of 66!
