Hello! We just got back from a fun vacation, and we are ready to start shaving some ice again! We have some set locations for this weekend, but the rest of our week is pretty open. If you don’t have plans for this lovely Pioneer Day, Is like to suggest stopping by the Lehi Farmers Market. It is always a really fun place to be with a really cool vibe, but this weekend the organizers have gone nuts with bringing in some pretty amazing things! Face painting, balloons, 11 food trucks, a dunk tank, pony rides, fire dancers, Islander drummers, and fireworks!!!

My Mr. Luke wants me to feature a flavor combination he asked me to make. This is the Baby Yoda. 🙂 It has Lime 🍋 Kiwi 🥝 and Green Apple 🍏, and is topped with a sour spray. Very green and fun.

We will be hanging out at the farmers market this weekend. It’s so much fun! Free entrance, and lots of fun things to look at and purchase. They get more food options every week.
