The owner, Scott Snyder was employed at a company that restructured and he was out of a job. Upon hearing of this news he decided to go into business for himself. His wife reluctantly lent him the money to purchase a 1977 step van that had been turned into a food truck. After purchasing the truck there was some unknown expenses to the truck that needed to be taken care of. The two put an additiona
l sum of money into the truck to get the right equipment as well as a paint job to bring the truck up to par with the food that was being served. After doing many small events just to get the hang of things, we jumped into the biggest food truck rally that central Florida has to offer. We were floored by how many orders we put out in just 4 hours. We were doing over 1 order every 60 seconds. This event brought us to change our process and while putting out great food, we were able to speed up the process and expedite orders faster. After two years we are still working to improve the process every day. Our main concern is to for people to enjoy the food and to have fun while we serve. After all, who wants to go and be miserable in what they’re doing? We are excited to bring you something different that you can enjoy with your friends that we can be a part of.
