Good morning, this week we have some new and classics, salmon with garlic sauce, primavera rice and vegetables, chicken vesuvio, roasted potatoes, vegetables and tomatoes, peppercorn chicken with honey peppercorn sauce, bell peppers, broccoli and radish, beef and vegetable stew with red beans, and pilaf, and sumac ground turkey skillet with pine nuts and honey lemon molasses drizzle. Healthy meal prep menu for the week of July 13th

Hello, this week all new items such as Shrimp Cacciatore with protein pasta and tomato with veggies, Moroccan black bean baba, spiced chicken, black bean hummus eggplant cous cous and vegetables, Char sui pork with cherry blended BBQ adzuki beans, rice and vegetable blend, Chicken pico di gallo, Tex-mex spiced chicken, corn, black beans, rice, cilantro, scallion and zucchini, Turkey Albondigas, ground turkey and sweet potato meatballs simmered in a tomato sauce with diced veg and herb rice.
