RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist phone customers, in-store lunch customers, and in-store retail customers
Provide excellent service in a friendly and polite manner. Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
Take initiative and remain productive throughout the entire shift.

WHO WE NEED:

Good communication skills and attention to detail. Prior customer service or food preparation experience preferred, but not required. Must be willing to learn all positions - cashier/phones, sandwich making, BOH production (possible glazing if interested)

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:

Physical dexterity and mobility are necessary to perform day to day tasks, which include working with hot equipment and sharp blades. Requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products and supplies. Ham production associates may be required to lift up to 65 pounds.

COVID-19 considerations:
Plexiglass barriers at all registers, masks are required for unvaccinated individuals, social distancing floor spots, and limited capacity

HoneyBaked Ham of Leesburg is looking for a "Glazer" that is energetic, possesses great attention to detail, and takes pride in their work. A great attitude and willingness work with our diverse team is a must. Prior food service experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided for the hired candidate.

Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 65 pounds.

This is position is for the fast approaching Thanksgiving and Christmas Holidays.

A team oriented individual who is willing to cross train across our entire store. Previous foodservice and retail experience is preferred but not necessary. We are fast paced and need individuals who are willing and able to jump in.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, work quickly and efficiently, and lift up to 65lbs.

Job includes: making sandwiches, running registers, glazing ham, and food production.
There will be a 15 day trial period. Pay rates will be discussed during the interview and again after the trial.
Can be full-time or part-time.
