From our very first Instagram post on March 3, 2022… to our very last day tomorrow. ❤️

It’s hard to put into words what this journey has meant to us.

This photo was the beginning of something so special. We never imagined just how many friendships would be made over cups of coffee, breakfasts, lunches, laughter, prayers, celebrations, and even tears. What started as a cafe became a place where strangers became neighbors, and neighbors became family.

To every single person who walked through our doors—thank you. Thank you for trusting us with your morning routine, your lunch breaks, your family gatherings, and so many moments in between. You gave this little cafe a heartbeat, and we will carry those memories with us forever.

As we prepare to serve our final customers tomorrow, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. While this chapter is coming to a close, the love we’ve experienced from this community will never fade.

From the bottom of our hearts… thank you for making Cafe 28 feel like home.

As many of you know, this is the final week Cafe 28 will be open.

The staff is incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve such a beautiful community. So many of you may have walked through our doors as strangers, but you quickly became family.

If you missed your usual Sunday lunch, chances are one of the girls was calling to make sure you were okay. We remembered your orders, your smiles, your stories, your victories, and even the tough days. We celebrated with you, laughed with you, and sometimes cried with you.

You were never just customers to us.

You became part of our lives, and we are forever grateful for every conversation, every cup of coffee, every meal shared, and every memory made within these walls.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your lives. We truly love each and every one of you.

Tuesday–Saturday: 6 AM – 3 PM
Sunday: 6 AM – 6 PM

Our final day will be Sunday, June 28.

What a night! From fierce competition and plenty of laughs to costumes, teamwork, and a packed house, Trivia Night was one for the books. A huge shoutout to our Hostess with the Mostest, Hannah, for keeping the energy high, the questions rolling, and the fun going all evening long! ❤️
