There have been a lot of early mornings, meals, people, laughs, and really big biscuits between our first day and today.

We're going to spend some time this week looking back at it all, and celebrating the people who got us here. But, before we do, we just want to say THANK YOU!

Happy six years, Leesburg! We're really glad to be here.

Six years ago, we did something that, looking back, probably seemed a little crazy. We opened a restaurant. In August 2020.

We opened the doors not really knowing what the next few months would look like, let alone the next six years.

Ya'll kept showing up. You stood in lines. You waited when we sold out. You found your favorite biscuit and then ordered it every single time.

Our staff grew. Our farmers and partners became part of the family. Guests became regulars, and regulars became friends.

If you've been with us since 2020, or if you found us this past weekend, you're part of the story now.

Just got back from the Leesburg Farmers Market and had a good haul!

VALENCIA'S Cherokee purple tomato finished with Maldon salt, applewood smoked bacon and of course Duke's Mayonnaise Special available all weekend long.

Enjoyed a great cold brew from Catoctin Coffee Co. as well! So this is your reminder to swing by the market and then get some Buford’s Biscuits today!

A rude guest took it upon themselves last night to steal some artwork and a few other things from our restroom. If you know who did it, we kindly ask that you have them or someone return it and leave it at our side door.

If you're reading this and you're the one that stole it.. your mom's a hoe.
