This weekend at 51 Park, we’re officially kicking off the season with tropical-inspired food, drinks, music, and all the warm-weather energy we’ve been waiting for.

Our amazing bar manager Amanda had a hard time choosing just one featured cocktail for a weekend this big…so she didn’t choose just one! Expect a lineup of tropical drinks making their way onto the menu alongside our 51 classics for this weekend only! Enjoy a little weekend escape without ever leaving the Berkshires 🍹🌴

~ Grilled Peach & Burrata - fresh burrata served with arugula & grilled peaches, topped with hot honey drizzle & a pinch of sea salt
~ Jerk Chicken Tacos - jerk chicken tacos with peach & pineapple salsa, topped with lime crema, served with tortilla chips

With 23 years in the restaurant industry, Fabian brings a wealth of experience, a positive attitude, and a steady presence to the 51 Park team. Whether he’s recommending his favorite Black Garlic Burger with truffle fries or serving up a Twisted Tea, Fabian is always focused on making sure guests have a great experience.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at 51 Park, his answer was simple: the people. His coworkers are his favorite part of the job—and we’re pretty lucky to have him as a part of our team.
