I wanted to share something personal with you all. I'm the one who does the cooking and plating here at Grizzly's Smokehouse, and I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome — an allergy to red meat and mammal products/bi-products that's triggered by tick bites. I had undertone different treatments and protocols and was living fairly successfully but unfortunately, it’s been rearing its ugly head and that means working closely with BBQ every day isn't safe for me anymore.

Because of this, we're taking a pause on Grizzly's Smokehouse for now. This isn't goodbye but more of a "see you later."

Thank you for supporting this little truck and for being part of our community. We're so grateful for every plate we've served you.

Time for another introduction!

Meet Sophia! She’s usually on stage in a play, and sometimes she’s juggling more than one production at a time. When she’s not busy rehearsing or performing, you’ll find her smiling face at the window taking orders or helping serve our guests. Sophia is one of the happiest, most bubbly people you’ll ever meet, and her joy is absolutely contagious 🤗

She’s looking forward to meeting y’all!
