A beautiful evening celebrating Veronika & Wesley at Mo’Cara. 💍✨

Our dining room was transformed for an intimate wedding reception, where guests enjoyed great food and even better company. The menu featured grilled chicken fajitas, seasoned ground beef, warm flour tortillas, Spanish rice, Southwestern fiesta beans, and a build-your-own mac & cheese bar with grilled chicken and all the toppings.

A few weeks ago at Mo’Cara, we took guests on a one-of-a-kind Wagyu Excursion—an unforgettable evening where every course showcased the incredible flavor and versatility of Wagyu.

From surf & turf sushi rolls and lobster sushi to French-inspired Wagyu osso buco, interactive grilled-to-order ramen bowls, braised Wagyu short ribs, and tableside grilled Wagyu steak, every dish was thoughtfully crafted to create an experience, not just a meal.

We finished the night with a rich Wagyu tallow chocolate fondue paired with fresh fruit—the perfect ending to an extraordinary culinary journey.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special event. We loved sharing this unique dining experience with you, and we can’t wait to create the next unforgettable evening. 🥢🥩🍜✨
