For those asking -- yes, we actually hand-batter in-house. The lard is straight from R Family Farms to make an unmatched savory crunch.

Crispy, golden, and made from scratch—just like Sunday dinner should be.

🇺🇸 It’s America’s Anniversary Eve — and the menu is set!

We’ll be serving our Brats & Boom menu tonight before the Lebanon fireworks featuring:

🌭 Four flavors of R Family Farms bratwurst
Plain • Spicy • B**r • Cheddar

🌭 RFF Hog Dogs on the kids menu

🐷 Hog Pile Nachos
Loaded up festival-style with all the fixings
