I've been craving pumpkin cupcakes for a while now, and I had some leftover pumpkin, so pumpkin cupcakes it was! My frosting was a little thin because I didn't have as much powdered sugar as I thought I did, but they definitely still hit the spot!

Chocolate pie is my daughter's favorite pie. Growing up, we always had pumpkin pie, banana cream pie, and chocolate pie for Thanksgiving. So, of course, I have to keep the tradition alive. 💕

Banana Cream pie; another family favorite! Now, sometimes I make this with a regular crust, but my favorite way to do it is make a crust out of vanilla wafers! Really hits the spot!

Coconut cream pie; the star of the show this Thanksgiving! I only wish I would have been quick enough to get a picture of a slice of it! You guys, this pie was AMAZING! It was the first one gone. Next time I know to make two! This very well may be my new favorite!

Another Chocolate Cake with ganache. Everyone was eyeballing it for Thanksgiving, but it was an order, so I had to keep running them off. Can't say I blame them, though. It does look awfully yummy!

The last 2 days I have been VERY busy! I have a large family, and everyone has their own favorites, so I try to cover everyone. It's worth it to see everyone happy, though! Check out this pie bar! 😍

I had this pop up in my memories from 2 years ago! The white pies are Sour Cream and Raisin pies! One of my brother-in-laws had asked for one for Thanksgiving that year. I thought he was joking and throwing some weird thing out just messing with me. Turns out, it's a real thing and it is pretty darn good! This was my first try at making mirangue, so it's not the prettiest, but it sure taste good!

Made a couple of Pecan pies last night for a good friend of mine! One of my favorites, but oh so sweet! Definitely don't need much of one of these to satisfy any sweet tooth craving!
