Good Morning Friends of 'All That', It's been a while since I've posted on this site but I just wanted to share a note with you. Yesterday, we did catering for a very nice lady who was having a party for around 35 people. She had asked that we do Lasagna, Chicken Marsala, Caesar Salad and Garlic Bread. Although we had never done the Chicken Marsala, we told her we'd do our best. Anyway, I was anxious to hear how everything went so I emailed her last night just to inquire about it and when I came in this morning, this is the return email I had received.
"Good evening Doug, I was going to contact you anyway because I wanted to let you know how much we all enjoyed your meal. Lasagna and Caesar salad was delicious but the chicken marsala was outstanding. Everybody said how much they enjoyed the meal. If you have a spot on your website or yelp (not really up to date with the names but I can write a good review and I want to do that) do let me know. Do let me know where would be appropriate. When I told guests that the meal was catered from All That & A Bag of Chips, they said that they thought the business had closed, so it would be nice to be able to help let people know that your catering business is still alive and well.
Thank you again for a lovely meal. The party was a great success. Blessings"
I will tell you that we miss seeing you all at the Cafe'. It was a very tough decision to close. I was going through some health issues and I'm very happy to report that the biopsy that was done a few weeks ago came back completely clean! Praise the Lord! The doctors are still trying to figure out why I show all the symptoms, but instead of starting treatment, as was planned, we're rejoicing in a good report!
'All That Catering' is available to assist you in any event, including if you all want to have a gathering here at the Cafe, we've moved stuff around and we are doing events here. We can hold around 50 people or so, maybe more, so let me know if we can help.
Have a Blessed Memorial Day, remembering all of those who gave their lives for our country! Blessings, Doug
