Die Brezel! 🥨

Born and bread in Bavaria. (Yes, bread, not a typo, that's straight from Prop & Peller, the wunderbar folks who handcraft our pretzels.)

They describe them as "a supremely fluffy, perfectly scored, baked work of art." We just call them die Brezel, and we serve them warm at the Haus with whatever mustard catches your eye at the condiment bar. (We're partial to the Dirtyface Amber mustard, but you do you!)

It's the kind of snack that makes a beer taste like more than a beer. Order one as soon as you can, share it across the long table, take your time deciding on the rest while you nibble. That's the way the Bayern do it.

If Dad's perfect Sunday looks like a cold Hefe in the garden, a brat fresh off the grill, and zero stress about reservations, well, you know exactly where to bring him.

We'll be open 11 AM to 9 PM next Sunday, June 21st. No reservations needed. Dogs welcome. Bring the whole Familie. Opa, Oma, Vati, the kleine ones, all of them!

You know what we love most about Saturdays at the Haus? Our Stammtisch crowd. 💛

(That's German for 'the regulars' table.' Every good beer garden has one, and ours is the best.)

The folks who order the same brat every time and let us guess the mustard. The Familien who come back every summer on their Leavenworth trip and remember our names. The locals who pop in for a quick pretzel on the way home from work. The Hunde whose owners we recognize before we recognize the humans.

München Haus was built on purpose. Long tables for strangers to become friends. Counter service so the team can actually chat with you. A garden where you can stay as long as you want, and nobody hovers over your check.

Achtung, brat lovers! Meet the Big Bob. 🌭

One third of a pound of seasoned pork, charbroiled over an open flame, served on a Bosket Bread bun baked fresh down the street. He's been our best seller forever, and the reason is simple. His flavor is approachable enough to let the condiment bar do all the talking.

If you've never had one, this is YOUR weekend! Fourteen mustards. Pam's famous Haus made apple cider kraut. Two Haus made sauces (the German Curry and the Jalapeño Hornet). Caramelized onions. Sweet and dill relish. Go wild, build your perfect bite!

Tonight in the garden, we've got the Wandering Souls live from 6 PM to 9 PM, no cover, all ages welcome. Big Bob plus a cold Hefe plus a band? Komm vorbei! 🎶 Prost!
