June specials are here at PB Cafe, and this month’s kitchen lineup is all about bold, bright flavors made for the season.

🥪 Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Sandwich features grilled chicken with a teriyaki glaze, caramelized pineapple, crisp lettuce, and sriracha aioli stacked on a toasted brioche bun. Served with fries or house salad, with sweet potato fries and onion rings available as an upgrade.

🍋 Lemon Basil Chicken Pasta is tender grilled chicken over pasta tossed in a lemon basil cream sauce, finished with garlic parmesan, fresh basil, and lemon zest. Light enough for summer, but still deeply satisfying.

🍞 Golden Brioche French Toast is topped with a warm cinnamon peach compote, powdered sugar, and a dollop of vanilla ice cream. Indulgent enough to feel like a treat, easy enough to justify any day of the week. Dine-in only.

🍑 Caramelized Peach Cold Brew is cold brew layered with caramelized peach flavor and finished with a peach cold foam. Sweet, smooth, and perfectly refreshing.
🍍 Pineapple Blended Lemonade is tropical pineapple blended with bright lemonade. A mini escape in every sip.
🍉 Watermelon Basil Lemonade is classic lemonade with watermelon and a basil-infused simple syrup. Light, a little unexpected, and perfect for a sunny afternoon.
🧋 Peanut Butter Mocha with Banana Cold Foam is espresso with peanut butter and mocha, topped with a creamy banana cold foam. Rich and just indulgent enough.

Our Chorizo Breakfast Tacos are loaded with sizzling chorizo, scrambled eggs, sautéed onions, red and green bell peppers, melty cheddar jack, and a kick of chipotle aioli. Served with fresh salsa on the side.
