LEANDER, WE’RE CELEBRATING 2 YEARS AT NIGHT OWL THIS JULY 4TH! 🇺🇸🔥

Two years ago, on July 4th, 2024, Tacos Take It Easy opened at Night Owl Bar in Old Town Leander.

What started as a dream, a food truck, and a whole lot of faith has turned into something we’re truly blessed to keep building with this community.

So this Saturday, July 4th, we’re celebrating the right way.

TTIE 2-YEAR ANNIVERSARY x RED, WHITE & BOOZE

Night Owl will have the party going with a DJ starting at 7pm, and we’ll be serving from 12pm–12am.

Saturday food feature:

THE RED, WHITE & SMOKE DOG
Bacon-wrapped smoked hot dog, finished on the flat top, loaded with TTIE smoke and Mex-Tex flavor.

Plus, as a thank-you for 2 years of support:

Every order gets a complimentary street corn OR agua fresca while supplies last.

World Cup knockout soccer during the day.
Red, White & Booze party at night.
TTIE anniversary all day.
Cold drinks, smoked food, and Old Town Leander energy.

SUMMER HOURS ANNOUNCEMENT

TTIE SUMMER HOURS ARE HERE 🔥

This season we’re making a move with purpose.

Over the last few years, we’ve continued to grow, add days, add hours, and push this taco dream further than we ever imagined. Now, with summer here and the fall season ahead, we’re using this next stretch to sharpen the operation, train our team, and get ready for the biggest season TTIE has ever had.

Starting this week, our summer hours will be:

Tuesday: 3pm–10pm
Wednesday: 3pm–10pm
Thursday: 3pm–10pm
Friday: 3pm–12am
Saturday: 12pm–12am
Sunday-Monday: CLOSED

We will no longer be offering lunch Wednesday–Friday for the summer.

Instead, we’re focusing on stronger dinner service, late-night weekends, Taco Tuesday, and building the team that will help us serve this growing community at a higher level.

This is not a step back.

This is us getting ready for everything coming next.

Taco Tuesday starts July 7th!
Late nights are back.
Football Sundays return this fall.

One last Sunday before we take it easy for the summer…And it just happens to be Father’s Day. 🔥

This Sunday, June 21st, we’re doing a limited Father’s Day Smokeout for the dads, grandpas, father figures, and hard-working men who deserve more than another basic meal.

We’ll be offering a PRE-ORDER ONLY Father’s Day feature:

Smoked Pork Ribs
Fresh tortillas
House salsas
TTIE sides
Built for the dads who love real smoke, real flavor, and food made with love.

We’ll also have a very limited VIP smoked tomahawk option for anyone who wants to go all out.

This will be our last Sunday service before we shift into our summer hours and use this season to reset, train our team, and get ready for a huge fall.

We’re bringing it back for Mother’s Day!
Our street tacos was the first item that really took off for us, and for this special weekend we’re bringing them back in honor of the moms.
Choose brisket or carnitas street tacos, simple and classic just like the day ones remember.
And to make it a little more special, every mom who orders street tacos gets a free street corn.

There would be no vision without God, and no progress without my mom.
Before the food truck, before the tacos, before the dream started becoming real… there was my mom.
The one who prayed for me, believed in me, pushed me, loved me, and probably worried about me more than I’ll ever know.
Every long day, every late night, every step forward in this business carries a piece of the foundation she helped build in me.
Happy Mother’s Day, Mom.
