Summer feels like it's flying by. Slow down this week with some really good coffee from your favorite coffee trailer! As the summer heat really kicks in, we won't judge you for still ordering a Hot Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Latte, because seriously...so good. But for everyone else, our iced drinks are equally as good. We hope to have you stop by!

We will be parked at the shop twice this week! We have more of our employees getting shifts in and that allows Gary to get some work done inside. If you've driven by, it may not feel too different, but exterior prep is almost done, sheetrock is up inside, carpentry is trucking away, and we're painting this week!! It won't be long now. We're a bit behind our desired opening date, but we'll announce soon! Thank you all for your patience. We can promise, this space will be worth the wait.

Thanks for another great week. It's awesome to see so many regulars and see so many new faces. For anyone that is new to following us, we hope you catch a glimpse of who we are with every email and post. We care deeply about community and great coffee. Thanks for being a part of it!

We are another week closer to finishing our brick & mortar! Electrical is just about ready to get inspected, so we hope to have that completed this week. Then, we'll tackle sheetrock and really getting this thing put back together. We are just a couple weeks away from a finished (mostly finished) space!

We'll be parked back out there this Saturday, and merch will stay 25% off until our new stuff arrives!

Happy July! Thank you to everyone who stopped by this past week and weekend! It was our best week of summer yet, which is always great to see. We got to park out at our brick and mortar and give a few tours of the space, and we just love that you guys are a part of this journey with us. It really is going to be awesome!

Because it went so well last week, we've decided to continue to popup at our brick & mortar location on Saturdays until we open the shop! We hope to have details really soon on that opening date, but until then, join us on Saturdays to see progress and continue to anticipate this space to come!

We are starting to book catered events for the Fall! If you would like to have us out to celebrate your people, reach out. We have a varying catering package customized to your needs. We'd love to help you celebrate and appreciate.

Happy almost 4th of July! We're always a little surprised by how fast time moves, but also leaning into every moment. We hope we can help you do the same by slowing down with a good cup of coffee.

We will be parked out at the brick and mortar shop for a few hours on Friday just for fun. It's still a madhouse, but in the best way. Permits are approved, plumbing is nearly done, framing is nearly done, and electrical is underway. We hope to get all that inspected asap to start making the pretty things happen. Honestly, we are super excited about every bit of it. Feel free to stop by, grab a coffee, check out our merch, and peek in the windows to see how massive yet cozy this space really is.

Saturday, we'll start off at the Friendswood Scoop Shop for the parade and then move over to the Friendswood 4th Celebration. It's always a great event. Stop by for some coffee while you enjoy all the festivities!

Happy Father's Day to all the dads and father figures out there! You guys are awesome. And a big Happy Father's Day to the guy who runs Wayside and brought this dream to life! Gary is the real deal. Incredible in every way and the best dad to all our kiddos. Hope you all are celebrating dads big today!

This week is hopefully looking a bit sunnier. Thanks to everyone who still came out with all the rain. We know it's not ideal conditions but we're grateful when you guys keep showing up so we can keep doing this! We hope to see you this week.

We had a blast parked at our spot last night! It's just a taste of what's to come. We're excited about our League City community that is already showing up.

Work is plugging away at the brick & mortar as we level floors, perfect the layout and start rebuilding. All this rain has kept us from getting the exterior done but as soon as there's a stretch of clear skies, that will get done! And it will have such an impact!

We are excited to be parked out at our shop this Saturday night! League City is having their annual White Linen Night, and Wayside and League City Scoop Shop couldn't miss a chance to be present in our brick & mortar location. Join us for ice cream, face painting, live music, and vendors down the street for this big event! Starts at 4pm but we will arrive at 5p as we have a booking right before.
