It has been a quick minute since we have been able to get the smokers going....

With that said, we will have brisket, turkey breast, pork ribs and some sausage on the smoker for preorder and ready for pickup this Saturday July 9th at around 5pm.

We will also be doing a few sides to go with the BBQ to make it a complete meal. We will have Queso Mac & Cheese, Cream Corn and Mustard Potato Salad.

We've got 8 racks of beef ribs on the smoker today. They will be ready to be eaten around 5pm. Come by and get them fresh off the smoker for $20/lbs. The average weight per rack of these beef ribs will be about 3lbs after the smoke bath.

After doing some beef back finger ribs last night we decided to look for some more beef ribs. We came across these whole racks of beef back ribs. Couldn't pass these bad boys up! Going to be selling these three racks for $50 each today hot off the smoker, normally would be selling for $75 each. They will be ready around 530-6 tonight.

Smoking two pork loins today. One is seasoned with salt/pepper and the other is stuffed with a jalepeno cream cheese then salt/pepper and covered in bacon to keep the cream cheese where it belongs. These will be thick cut and packaged in 1lbs vacuum bags.

Been really busy the last few months. We were finally able to get something on the smoker today. We have 6 racks of ribs and a few pounds of regular beef/pork sausage coming off the smoker soon.

$25/rack for the ribs and $10/lbs for the sausage.
