Good morning!! Its going to be a hot one today. Stay cool and hydrated out there. We will be open this weekend Friday July 3rd, and Saturday July 4th from 11 am-7 pm or until sold out. We are smoking more meat for this weekend. Sorry we ran out last week. Smoking meat is a slow process and takes several hours. So be prepared to get your bbq early. We are adjusting to meet the needs. So thank you for your patience through our growing curve. We were blown away by the response last weekend and everyone with their kind words and welcoming arms to have us here. We love this community and look forward to continuing to provide you the best bbq! For now we won't have our initial full menu, as we evaluated things from our soft opening. I will post a menu of what we will have this weekend. We will for sure have Ribs, Brisket, and Pulled Pork. Again we apologize to those last weekend that didn't get to try the ribs and brisket as we ran out so fast. Thank you for being so amazing and supporting us. Hope you all have an amazing day!

We are sold out of meat today. Thank you all who came and got food from us. I apologize if we made any mistakes. I apologize. We had issues with our card reader and internet. So if you gpt charged more than once please let me know I will fix it. To say we were overwhelmed would be and understatement. Thank you! We will have more food ready at Noon.
